Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies (PMU)
Booking fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment for ANY reason it will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.
Rescheduling Policy: 120 hours’ notice/5 days (or more) is required to reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your booking fee. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment one time free of charge as long as it is outside of the 120-hour window, please check your availability beforehand.
Additional reschedules will for any reason require a $100 pre-paid rescheduling fee. In the event of any additional reschedules, you will be emailed an invoice that must be paid with in 24 hours to secure the new date. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the loss of the original booking fee.
6 Week Touch-up Policy: Touch-up appointments must take place with in 6-12 weeks of your initial appointment. Appointments that are rescheduled past the 12 week mark will incur an additional cost & must be pre-paid.
Previous Work: If you have had permanent makeup in the past and wish to schedule an appointment with Blake’s Beauty Bar you must get prior approval. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your booking fee & will be subject to 50% of the remaining appointment total.
Arrival policy: No late arrivals. This affects the artist’s ability to service following clients. Blake’s Beauty Bar reserves the right to cancel appointments with clients arriving 15 minutes late. This will be considered a cancellation with 24 hours or less notice and cancellation fees outlined below will apply.
24 hours or less: Reschedules/cancellations with 24 hours or less notice for any reason will be charged 100% of the remaining appointment total or $100 minimum. No-shows: No-shows will be charged 100% of appointment total. *No-show, reschedule and/or cancellation fees are not applied to future appointment dates.
*Blake’s Beauty Bar reserves the right to cancel or decline clients at its discretion.
Esthi Service Policies
If clients are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment it will be considered a no-show and will be charged 50% of the service cost before being able to re-book again, as I cannot fulfill your service in such short notice.
Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation and/or a no show will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid in full. Thank you for understanding.
